Our Approach

We provide strengths-based, trauma informed care to individuals and families living in Massachusetts with the goal of increasing resilience and skills toward individual and family sufficiency and independence. Our services are primarily provided virtually and telephonically. Arrangements for in-person support can be made on an as needed basis, such as attendance at IEP meetings.

Our Process

Assessment

All of our services start with a biopsychosocial assessment, helping to identify and understand the needs, strengths, and preferences of all parties. We want to get to know you so that we can truly partner with you.

Treatment Planning

We will review your assessment with you and engage in a collaborative treatment planning process. We will discuss how we can partner to help you achieve your goals.

Individualized Support

You know your child(ren) and family best. We tailor treatment to you, are here when you need us, and are thrilled to cheer you on when you no longer need our support or services.

Consultation

We don’t always have all of the answers and that’s okay. We feel it’s better to admit when we don’t know something. Fortunately, we have developed a vast network of professionals ready and willing to provide us with consultation, including other allied mental health professionals, nurses, prescribers, occupational therapists, attorneys, teachers, and behavior therapists. Of course, we will always maintain the utmost confidentiality.
